Eligibility Criteria
- Ph.D. in Computer Science / Meteorology or in any other relevant quantitative fields.
- Candidates who have submitted their thesis may also apply.
- Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas will be preferred: experience with Python, in particular with data analysis libraries such as pytorch and scikit-learn; experience in handling meteorological datasets; prior experience in analysing meteorological processes in numerical weather models or global circulation models.
Salary / Stipend
- Consolidated emoluments per month: Rs. 60,000/-.
Age Limit
- Age limit as on last date of submission of application: not more than 35 years.
- Age relaxation commensurate with educational qualifications and/or experiences of the applicant may be considered for applicants having qualification and experience higher than the advertised with the prior approval of the competent authority.
