1) Nationality & general eligibility

Applicants must be Indian Nationals and meet all conditions specified in Advt. No. E‑II/01/2026(DR) and E‑II/02/2026(DR) for IIT Delhi Non Academic posts.

Age limits and relaxations are as per point 13 of Appendix A1 of the Recruitment and Promotion Rules (Amendments) 2022 for Non‑Academic Staff of IIT Delhi; cut‑off date for age, experience and qualification is 08 April 2026.
2) Educational qualification & experience (brief)

Superintending Engineer: Master’s/Bachelor’s in relevant Engineering with long Group‑A experience as Executive Engineer in specified pay levels.

Chief Security Officer: Commissioned Officer/Police officer with Bachelor’s/Master’s degree and 15–20 years relevant experience as per clauses.

Medical Officer & Medical Officer (Psychiatry): MBBS with compulsory internship and minimum 3 years’ experience in recognised hospital; PG degree/diploma preferred.

Career Counsellor: Master’s in Psychology/Social Work/relevant discipline with at least 7 years’ experience in psychometric testing and career counselling.
