- First-class or equivalent degree in B.Tech/M.Sc. in Condensed Matter Physics/Solid State Physics/ Nanoscience & Technology/Materials Science or equivalent.
- Desirable: Candidates qualified in examinations such as GATE, CSIR-UGC-NET, including lectureship, IIT JAM, or their equivalents. Expertise in thin film deposition, especially plasma-based physical or chemical vapor deposition methods, material analysis and characterization, plasma based deposition of functional materials, optical analysis, photonics and material characterization, scientific writing with peer-reviewed publications.
