Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- M.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) / Information Technology with minimum 60% marks from graduation onwards and minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade in Class 10th and 12th.
- B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc./M.Sc./M.C.A. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) / Information Technology with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade from graduation onwards and minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade in Class 10th and 12th.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Software Development / Testing / QA (from the date of graduation onwards).
Age Limit
- Maximum 35 years as on 31-12-2025.
- Relaxation in age and/or educational qualifications may be considered for exceptionally meritorious candidates with prior approval of IIT Gandhinagar.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills (Required)
- Strong knowledge of requirement analysis and documentation: URS
- Proven experience in manual testing of web and API applications.
- Good understanding of usability, accessibility, and security compliance.
- Proficiency in SQL/MySQL & MSSQL.

Requirements Analysis & Documentation
- Analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare URS and SRS documents ensuring clarity and completeness.
Test Planning & Execution
- Design, prepare, and execute test plans and detailed test cases.
- Prepare defect reports, documenting issues and severity.
- Ensure product quality through rigorous testing.
Testing Types
- Functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Usability and accessibility testing.
- Security-related testing across web and API applications.
Database Testing & Validation
- Validate data through SQL/MySQL and MS SQL queries.
- Work with joins, procedures, triggers, and performance optimization.
Bug & Issue Tracking
- Collaborate with stakeholders to track and manage bugs using Jira or similar tools.
- Monitor defect status and support resolution.
API Testing
