Eligibility Criteria
- A PhD in physics with a specialization in gravitational physics.
- Candidates who have submitted their dissertations are also eligible to apply.
- A solid background in the computational and numerical methods used in general relativity and black hole physics is desired.
- Experience in studying geodesics, analyzing black hole shadows, and related topics is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Mathematica/Python (or any suitable programming language) for mathematical calculations.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Independent-minded and capable of driving research into uncharted territory.
Salary/Stipend
- Remuneration: 58,000 INR monthly (+ HRA).
- Duration: Two-year appointment.
