- Materials Science: Sound knowledge of piezoelectric and ferroelectric materials such as PVDF, PVDF-TrFE (Polyvinylidene Fluoride), PZT (Lead Zirconate Titanate)
- Device Fabrication: Hands-on experience with fabrication of memory devices and pressure sensor devices
- Printing Technologies: Hands-on experience with screen printing and ink-jet printing
- Characterization: Experience with electrical and optical characterization of thin film devices (TFTs, memories, diodes)
- Testing Equipment: Hands-on experience with C-V, I-V, and P-E characterization tools, semiconductor parameter analyzers, ferroelectric testers
- Cleanroom Experience: Experience working in class 10000 or better cleanroom facilities
