- PhD in health economics, health policy, health systems research, or a related social science discipline from a reputed institution.
- Demonstrated experience in qualitative research methodology.
- Good understanding of health issues, services, and health systems in low- and middle-income countries.
- Ability to work with and coordinate between different stakeholders.
- Strong background in collecting, transcribing, translating, and analysing qualitative data.
- Experience in designing research, applying for ethical approval, carrying out data collection field work, and analyzing qualitative data sets.
- An impressive publication record relative to career stage in high-quality peer-reviewed journals.
- Minimum 5 years of post-doctoral experience.
- Contribution to knowledge translation for various audiences.
- Excellent skills for producing academic products, including the ability to write clearly.
- Computing skills for qualitative data analysis.
- Ability to work with a range of people from different backgrounds and disciplines.
- Strong communication skills.
Salary/Stipend
