Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification:
- Ph.D. / M.Tech in Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering
- Specialization in electromagnetics, electrical machines, or MRI instrumentation preferred
- Publications in peer-reviewed SCI indexed journals, society conferences, or workshops (e.g., ISMRM) are preferred
Desirable Experience:
- Electromagnetic simulation and Gradient coil design
- Thermal and mechanical design expertise
- Gradient amplifier interface, testing, and calibration
- Pulse sequence control and alignment with RF and ADC timing
- Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams of basic scientists, engineers, and clinicians
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Technical Skills Required

- SolidWorks and AutoCAD (CAD Design)
- ANSYS and COMSOL (Finite Element Analysis)
- LTspice and Multisim (Circuit Simulation)

The Project Scientist will be responsible for:
- Gradient coil design and optimization for MRI systems
- Electromagnetic field simulation and analysis
- Thermal and mechanical design and analysis

- Pulse sequence control and timing synchronization
- Collaborating with engineers and clinicians on multidisciplinary projects
- Publishing research findings in peer-reviewed journals and conferences
