The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) shall be responsible for providing strategic leadership and driving the overall growth and development of the Consortium, with these key responsibilities:

Industry Engagement and Semiconductor Ecosystem Development: Actively interact and build relationships with semiconductor companies, semiconductor manufacturing and design firms, OSAT companies, and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to identify their requirements, facilitate industry-academia collaborations, and promote technology development, skilling, and business opportunities.
2. Stakeholder Outreach and Engagement: Establish and strengthen strategic relationships with government ministries and departments, industry partners, academic and research institutions, funding agencies, and national and international organisations.
3. Strategic Partnerships and Resource Mobilisation: Identify and pursue opportunities for joint research initiatives, industry-sponsored projects, consultancy assignments, technology development, capacity-building programmes, and collaborative initiatives.
