Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech. / B.E. in Mechanical/Production/Materials or allied branches.
- M.Tech. / M.E. / M.S. in Manufacturing/Production/Materials or allied branches.
- PhD in Manufacturing / Production/ Materials or a closely related domain. The PhD work should be in areas related to laser material processing, surface engineering, micro/nano fabrication, or advanced manufacturing.
- Minimum two research articles as first author in SCI-indexed international peer-reviewed journals.
- Hands-on experience with material characterisation techniques such as SEM, EBSD, AFM, XRD, optical profilometry, etc.
- Prior experience working with shape memory alloys, particularly Nitinol (NiTi).
- Exposure to biomedical applications, including biocompatibility, corrosion, and surface functionalization studies.
