Required Documents for OTR Verification
Shortlisted candidates must be personally present with original documents for One Time Registration (OTR) Verification and interview. Depending on the category claimed, the following documents are required:
- OBC candidates: Non-Creamy Layer Certificate as per G.O.(P) No.81/09/SCSTDD dated 26.09.2009, or the certificate obtained through the e-district portal in the format prescribed in GO(Rt) No.3942/2018/RD dated 24.09.2018.
- SC/ST candidates: Community Certificate in Form III, or a digitally signed certificate issued by a Revenue Authority not below the rank of a Tahsildar.
- EWS candidates: EWS Certificate as per G.O.(MS) No.2/2020/P&ARD dated 12.02.2020, issued by the Revenue Authority.
- All other original documents supporting the details furnished in the application, as required at the time of OTR verification.
How to Apply Next Steps for Shortlisted Candidates
This is a shortlist notification, not a fresh application notification, so there is no new "apply online" step at this stage. Shortlisted candidates should:
- Check their register number in the Main List, Supplementary List, or PwD list above.
- Keep all original certificates and documents ready as listed in the "Required Documents" section.
- Wait for the official schedule announcing the date, time, and venue of OTR Verification and interview, to be published separately by Kerala PSC.
- Visit the official Kerala PSC website regularly for updates.
Important Instructions
- Inclusion of a register number in the Short List is purely provisional and subject to verification and scrutiny of the application on an absolute basis.
- The Short List has been prepared by including candidates who secured the top marks in the Online Examination, based on details furnished by candidates in their application. Subsequent claims will not be entertained at any stage of selection.
- Candidates who do not produce the required documents within the prescribed time limit, or whose applications are found defective, will be deleted from the Short List without further notice.
- For this Online Examination, rechecking and revaluation are not allowed. However, a printout of the answer sheet will be issued to candidates who apply for it, on payment of the prescribed fee, after publication of the Ranked List. Detailed instructions on this will be furnished along with the Ranked List.
