- PGT Hindi: M.A. Hindi with Sanskrit and B.Ed, or Shastri examination from a recognized Sanskrit college affiliated to Sampurnanand Sanskrit University, Varanasi.
- PGT Ganit (Mathematics): M.Sc. or M.Sc + B.Ed (3-year course), or B.Sc (Hons) in Mathematics.
- PGT Rasayan Vigyan (Chemistry): M.Sc. Chemistry, or B.Sc (3-year, Hons), or PG in Biochemistry from a UGC-recognized university, or PG Diploma in Chemistry from an education department-recognized institution with B.Sc.
- PGT Bhautik Vigyan (Physics): M.Sc. (Physics), or B.Sc with PG Diploma in Physics from a recognized university/college.
- Computer Vigyan: M.Tech/B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science), or MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science), or 'B' Level of DOEACC, or PG Diploma in Computer Applications, or B.Sc with computer-related course as detailed in the notification.
