Eligibility Criteria
- Senior Manager (F&A): CA/ICWA (CMA) Final Passed + 7 years relevant post-qualification experience in Finance/Accounts/Audit (specific conditions mentioned)
- Manager (F&A): CA/ICWA (CMA) Final Passed + 3 years relevant post-qualification experience in Finance/Accounts/Audit (for MSEDCL employees: B.Com + MBA(Finance) or M.Com acceptable)
- Deputy Manager (F&A): CA/ICWA(CMA)/M.Com OR B.Com + MBA(Finance) + 1 year post-qualification experience in Finance/Accounts/Audit
- Degree/Diploma must be from a University/Institute recognized by Govt. of India
- Experience considered only after acquiring essential qualification

- Senior Manager (F&A): Rs. 97,220-3,745-1,15,945-4,250-2,09,445
- Manager (F&A): Rs. 75,890-2,995-90,865-3,250-1,68,865
- Deputy Manager (F&A): Rs. 54,505-2,580-67,405-2,715-1,37,995
- Additional benefits: DA, HRA, Medical Benefit, Leave Encashment, CPF, Gratuity etc. as per Company rules

- Senior Manager (F&A) & Manager (F&A): Maximum 40 Years
- Deputy Manager (F&A): Maximum 35 Years
