MPMRCL GM/AGM Civil Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a Government-recognized university or institute.
Work Experience Required
Candidates should have knowledge and working experience in Metro/Railways/RRTS/High Speed Railway Infrastructure projects. Preference is given to candidates with experience in underground transport tunnels, underground stations, and cross passages using TBM/NATM/Cut & Cover methods in Metro/Railways/RRTS/High Speed Railway Infrastructure projects. Candidates should be well versed with activities across the project life cycle, including:
- Construction of stations, viaducts, and bridges
- Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR)
- Planning and design
- Estimation and tendering
- Construction monitoring and project management
- Civil works and commissioning of the project
Post-Qualification Experience and Present Pay - General Manager
Candidates should presently be working/have worked in Railways/Railway PSUs/Metro organisation/Metro PSUs OR a Government Organisation, meeting the following criteria:
- For Contract/Deputation basis: Minimum 21 years post-qualification experience, including 7 years’ experience in the relevant field/sub-domain, AND presently in IDA pay scale of ₹1,20,000-2,80,000 or CDA Pay Matrix Level-14 (7th CPC) or above, OR working for 2 years in IDA pay scale ₹1,00,000-2,60,000, OR working for 4 years in CDA Pay Matrix Level-13A/13 (7th CPC), OR drawing a consolidated pay of minimum ₹1,40,000/- per month or above while working at the level of GM/E-8 or above in a Government Organisation.
- For Re-employment basis: Minimum 21 years post-qualification experience, including 7 years’ experience in the relevant field/sub-domain, AND presently working or retired from IDA pay scale of ₹1,20,000-2,80,000 or above, OR CDA Pay Matrix Level-14 (7th CPC) or above.
Post-Qualification Experience and Present Pay - Additional General Manager
- For Contract/Deputation basis: Minimum 18 years post-qualification experience, including 7 years’ experience in the relevant field/sub-domain, AND presently in IDA pay scale of ₹1,00,000-2,60,000 or above or CDA Pay Matrix Level-13A/13 (7th CPC) or above, OR working for 2 years in IDA pay scale ₹90,000-2,40,000 or 2 years in CDA Pay Matrix Level-13A/13 (7th CPC) or above, OR drawing a consolidated pay from a Government Organisation of minimum ₹1,15,000/- per month or above while working at the level of Additional General Manager-E7 or above.
- For Re-employment basis: Minimum 18 years post-qualification experience, including 7 years’ experience in the relevant field/sub-domain, AND presently working or retired from IDA pay scale of ₹1,00,000-2,60,000 or above, OR CDA Pay Matrix Level-13A/13 (7th CPC) or above.

MPMRCL GM/AGM Civil Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
- MPMRCL reserves the right to shortlist any candidate for interview. Priority for shortlisting will be given based on relevant Metro experience and seniority in the desired pay scale. The decision of the Selection Committee will be final.
- Shortlisted candidates will be informed through the registered e-mail ID provided at the time of application submission. No separate communication by post will be sent.
- Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for an interview through online or offline mode on the scheduled date and time, along with all original documents, testimonials, and experience certificates.
- No request for change in the schedule date and time of the interview will be entertained.
- Management reserves the right to conduct a written test for the posts, if required.
