- If sufficient women candidates are not available for women-reserved posts in a category, such posts are to be filled by male candidates of the same category, as per MP General Administration Department circular C/3-2/97/3/One, Bhopal, dated 10.02.1997.
- If any computer or clerical error is noticed by the Commission after publication of the result, MPPSC reserves the right to correct the result.
- The declared selection result will remain subject to the final outcome of pending cases before the Supreme Court (SLP No. 8764/2023, SLP No. 12398/2023) and the Madhya Pradesh High Court (WP No. 5901/2019, WP No. 5596/2024) and other similar pending petitions.
