Eligibility Criteria

How to Apply for MSDE Recruitment 2026 Offline

1. Fill the application in the prescribed proforma given with the circular; format also available on http://www.msde.gov.in.
2. Attach one passport size photograph.
3. Government servants enclose self-attested copies of ACR/APAR, integrity, vigilance clearance and penalty documents, with the employer's certificate.
4. Private sector applicants attach the relevant supporting documents.
5. Send in a sealed envelope through proper channel to Joint Director (E&P), MSDE, Room No. 317, Kaushal Bhawan, New Moti Bagh, New Delhi-23, or by email to [email protected].
