Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant) OR ICWA (Institute of Cost and Works Accountants) OR Post-graduate degree in Commerce from a recognized and reputed University/Institution
- Desirable Qualification: MBA (Finance)
- Essential Experience: Minimum 15 years' experience out of which 12 years Post qualification experience at managerial level in the field of Project financing/Accounting etc. in Banks/Financial Institution/Government Department/PSUs or Private Sector Organization of repute
- Important Note: All experience must be attained post essential qualification. Any experience attained towards completion of course such as internship etc. shall not be counted
- Preference: Considering the core function of the Corporation, preference will be given to candidates with Finance and related field background
- Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply
Salary/Stipend
- Pay Scale: Rs. 80,000 - Rs. 2,20,000 (IDA) per month
- Scale Level: E-5 Grade
- Cost to Company (CTC): Presently around Rs. 28.00 lakhs at minimum pay scale

Age Limit (as on Closing Date)

Selection Process
- Selection will be based on Personal Interview
- Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for personal interview at Corporate Office of NBCFDC, New Delhi
- NBCFDC reserves the right to screen and call only such candidates who are found prima-facie suitable for being considered by Selection Committee
- Mere fulfilling the prescribed conditions would not entitle one to be called for interview
- Corporation reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates to be called for personal interview depending upon number of vacancies
- Decision of Selection Committee shall be final and binding
How To Apply
- Interested candidates fulfilling eligibility criteria may apply in prescribed format (Annexure-I)
- Application should be filled completely with all facts properly
- Submit application along with:
- Self-attested photocopies of all documents
- Recent passport size photograph
- Application fee (Bank Draft)
- All relevant certificates (Qualification, Experience, Caste, Income, Aadhar)
- Candidates employed in Government/Semi-Government/PSUs must apply through Proper Channel with vigilance clearance
- Private Sector candidates can send application directly with all requisite self-certified documents
- Government/Semi-Government/PSU employees may submit advance copy and produce NOC at time of interview
- Super-scribe clearly on envelope the name of post applied for
- Send hard copy of application to:

Instructions
- Candidates should read complete advertisement carefully and ensure they fulfill eligibility criteria in all respects
- Copies of pass certificates and mark sheets of essential educational qualifications must be enclosed
- Candidates must produce all necessary documents: Experience Certificate, pay slips, Relieving orders, Form 16 or any other proof confirming experience
- Private Sector candidates with CTC of Rs. 22.00 lakh are eligible. It shall be candidate's responsibility to calculate CTC and submit documentary evidence
- Candidates are advised to give specific, correct, full information
- All original certificates/documents must be produced at time of verification, failing which candidate will be disqualified
- Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected
- Any request to add additional information after submission shall not be entertained
- Provide active e-mail ID and mobile phone number for easy contact
- Invitation for interview conveys no assurance of selection
- No correspondence will be entertained regarding reason for not being called for interview/outcome of interview
- If any information given in application is found incorrect/false, candidature/appointment is liable to be cancelled/terminated
- Selected candidates must convey acceptance by stipulated date and report for duty as mentioned in offer
- Selected candidates must produce medical fitness certificate from recognized institutions prior to joining
- Selected candidates will be on probation for period of one year
- Selected candidates will be required to serve in any part of India as per discretion/requirement of Corporation

Travel Allowance for Interview
- Outstation candidates called for interview shall be entitled to reimbursement of single return 3rd AC rail/AC bus fare by shortest route
- Fare from railway station nearest to normal place of residence or from where actually performs journey, whichever is nearer
- Reimbursement for travel to place of interview and back to same station
