Eligibility Criteria
- Officers in regular service under the Central Government/ State Government/Government Public Sector Undertaking.
- Pay Matrix, Level-13 (pre revised pay band of PB-4 Rs.37,400 - 67,000/- + Grade Pay Rs. 8,700/-) or Pay Matrix, Level-12 (pre revised pay band of PB-3 Rs.15,600-39,100/- + Grade Pay Rs. 7,600/-) with minimum 2 (two) years working in the pay band/level.
- Desirable: A member of the Indian Administrative Service/Indian Forest Service/ Group "A" Central Service/State Civil Service.
- Desirable: Working experience in North Eastern Region in bamboo sector/various capacity.
Salary/ Stipend
- Pay Matrix, Level-13 (pre revised pay band of PB-4 Rs.37,400 - 67,000/- + Grade Pay Rs. 8,700/-) or Pay Matrix, Level-12 (pre revised pay band of PB-3 Rs.15,600-39,100/- + Grade Pay Rs. 7,600/-).
- The pay and other terms & conditions of the deputation will be regulated in accordance with GOI, DOPT's O.M No. 6/8/2009-Estt(Pay II) dated 17.06.2010 as amended from time to time OR the General Body's decision.

General Information/ Instructions
- Period of deputation/appointment shall be initially for 3 (Three) years which may be further extended by NEC as per rules.
- NECBDC is a registered society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and administered by the North Eastern Council, Ministry of DONER, Govt. of India and located at 13 Mile, GS Road, Burnihat, Guwahati- 793101.
- The application complete in all respect should reach the office of the undersigned and addressed to Director (T&I), North Eastern Council Secretariat, Government of India, Nongrim Hills, Shillong-793003 (Meghalaya).
- Enclosures required: Application in prescribed format (Annexure-III), Attested copies of ACRs / APAR for not less than 5 years, Vigilance Clearance Certificate, Major / Minor penalties report for the last 10 years, Integrity Certificate.
