Eligibility Criteria
- Speech Therapist cum Audiologist (DNH District): B.Sc/M.Sc (Speech & Hearing) or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized Institute/ University.
- Audiologist (DNH District): B.Sc/M.Sc in Audiology or B.Sc/M.Sc (Sp & Hg) or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized Institute/ University.
- Optometrist (DNH District): 1. HSC (Science) or equivalent from a Govt. recognized board
2. Diploma in Ophthalmic techniques from a recognized institute OR certificate course in Ophthalmic care from a Govt. recognized institute.
- ANM (DNH & Daman District): Essential: (i) H.S.S.C. Passed (ii) Auxiliary Nurse Midwife course from a recognised institution or Multipurpose Health Worker (Female) Course. (iii) Registration from Nursing Council.
- Desirable: Knowledge of local language.
Salary/Stipend
- Speech Therapist cum Audiologist: ₹30,000/- per month
- Audiologist: ₹25,000/- per month
- Optometrist: ₹18,000/- per month
- ANM: ₹15,600/- per month

Selection Process
- Walk-in Interview after document verification.
- Candidates must bring original certificates along with self-attested photocopies and filled application form (Annexure A).
General Information/Instructions
- No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the interview.
- Mission Director (NHM) reserves the right to terminate the selection process without assigning any reason.
- Person who has been previously terminated from any government Organization shall not be considered.
- All eligible qualifications, Master / Degree / Diploma must be from a recognized university / College by Government of India.
- Incomplete or Unsigned Application will be rejected.
How to Apply
- Candidates have to appear for walk-in-interview on 13/03/2026 at 11:00 AM in the chamber of the Joint Secretary(Health), 4th Floor, B Wing, NHM Office, Collectorate, Silvassa, DNH.
- Report at 09:00 AM sharp for document verification with filled application form (Annexure A), original certificates of educational qualification & experience along with self-attested photocopies.
- Attach attested copies of all relevant certificates/documents with the application form.
