- Resource Person - Accounts: Graduate in Commerce/Finance or equivalent from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in handling accounting tasks.
- Junior Resource Person - Accounts: Graduate in Commerce/Finance or equivalent from a recognized university/institution.
- Database Administrator: BE/B.Tech (CS/IT) / MCA/M.Sc (CS/IT) / 'B' Level course of NIELIT/DOEACC OR Graduate with 'A' Level Course of NIELIT/DOEACC OR Graduate with PGDCA. Experience: One Year Experience in Database Administration/ Software Development or Maintenance / Data Processing OR Two Years Experience in Database Administration/Software Development or Maintenance / Data Processing.
- Junior IT Assistant: BE/B.Tech (CS/IT) / BCA/MCA/M.Sc (CS/IT) / 'A' or 'B' Level course of NIELIT/DOEACC OR Graduate in any discipline with minimum 6 month course in computers.
