Eligibility Criteria
Adhoc Faculty - Department of Management
- Essential: First Class Bachelor's Degree in B.Tech (any branch of Engineering) and First Class M.B.A (Full time)
- OR First Class Bachelor's Degree (in any discipline) with First Class M.Com (Full-time) and First Class M.B.A (Full time)
- Desirable: Ph.D in relevant or equivalent discipline
- Applicants with Ph.D thesis submitted (but not yet awarded) will be treated as equivalent to M.B.A qualification

Salary Details
- Consolidated Rs. 70,000/- per month with Ph.D qualification
- Consolidated Rs. 55,000/- per month with M.B.A qualification
Selection Process
- Lecture demonstration on assigned topic from Management subjects
- Interaction in the presence of duly constituted Selection Committee
- Candidates required to bring filled application form and original certificates
Required Documents
- Filled application form (enclosed in notification)
- Original certificates of educational qualifications from matriculation onwards
- Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwD) issued by competent authority if applicable
- Self-attested photocopies of all certificates
- Recent passport size photograph
- Aadhar Card or government issued photo ID
- Class X and XII marksheets/diploma
- UG consolidated marksheet and degree certificate
- PG consolidated marksheet and degree certificate
- Ph.D degree certificate/provisional certificate if available
- GATE/NET scorecard if available
- Experience certificates from past employers if any
- Publications and patents if available
- No Objection Certificate from current employer if applicable

Important Information
- Engagement is purely temporary and will be terminated by 31-05-2026
- Contract can be terminated by either party with 30 days notice

- Accommodation available at guest house on payment basis for maximum 3 days
- Food facility available in canteen/hostel mess on payment basis
- Candidates should come prepared with a Management subject topic from UG syllabus
- The institute reserves the right to fill or not fill any position
