Educational Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised University.
• One year experience in staff welfare activities.

Deputation Eligibility Criteria

Officers of the Central Government or State Governments or Union territories or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi-Government or Autonomous or Statutory Organisations:

• Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
• With six years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Level-5 (Rs. 29200 - 92300) of the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; or
• With ten years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Level-4 (Rs. 25500 - 81100) of the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.

Age Limit

The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation (including short term contract) shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.

Selection Process
