Stage 2 – Document Verification

Important Instructions for NPCIL MAPS Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Candidates
- THIS IS NOT AN EMPLOYMENT IN NPCIL. Engagement as an apprentice shall not create any obligation on NPCIL to offer regular employment, nor any obligation on the apprentice to accept employment under NPCIL after completion of training.
- The period of apprenticeship training will be for a maximum of One Year. The contract of apprenticeship terminates on expiry of the training period.
- Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship under the Apprentices Act-1961 in any organization are strictly NOT eligible to apply.
- Preference in selection will be given to candidates from neighbouring villages within 16 km radius of the MAPS plant site in Kalpakkam. Merit-based selection from other candidates will follow only if trades/disciplines are not filled by local candidates.
- All selected apprentices must sign a contract of apprenticeship with NPCIL as per the Apprentices Act-1961 and Apprenticeship Rules-1992.
