Eligibility Criteria

• Essential qualification: Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
• Essential qualification: Qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
• Essential experience: Five years practical experience in legal and secretarial matters in public sector undertaking, government organizations, reputed companies or enterprises.
• Essential skill: Knowledge of computers.
• Desirable qualification: Degree in Law.
• Desirable knowledge: Knowledge of English, Hindi and Gujarati.
• All eligible qualifications such as Master, Degree and Diploma must be from a recognized university or college by the Government of India.
• Candidates previously terminated from any government organization shall not be considered.

Salary / Stipend

• Consolidated pay of Rs. 1,00,000/- per month for the post of Company Secretary.

Age Limit (as on last date of application)

• Maximum age: Not exceeding 35 years for the post of Company Secretary.
• Age relaxation shall be given to eligible candidates as mentioned in the notification.
