PMU TDB Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria (Post-wise)

1. System Administrator (Vacancy: 01)

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics or equivalent from a recognised University.
  • Proficiency in system administration, network management, hardware troubleshooting, and IT helpdesk functions.
  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments and basic networking (LAN/WAN).

Desirable: Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft/Linux system administration. Familiarity with government IT environments or e-Governance projects is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT system administration, preferably in a government or public sector IT project environment.
  • Experience in managing office IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, peripherals, and internet connectivity.
  • Experience with user access management and maintenance of IT asset registers will be an added advantage.

2. Clerk (Vacancy: 02)

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognised University.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and digital file management.

Desirable: Familiarity with government office procedures and the Kerala Government Secretariat Manual. Knowledge of digital document management systems is an advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration, secretarial work, or clerical functions in a government, PSU, or reputed private organisation.

3. Accountant (Vacancy: 02)

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognised University. CA Inter/CMA Inter/MBA (Finance) will be an added qualification.
  • Working knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, financial statements, and accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP/equivalent) and MS Excel.

Desirable: Familiarity with government treasury operations, the SPARK payroll system, or public finance management platforms. Knowledge of GST compliance for government projects.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts and finance functions, preferably in a government body, statutory body, PSU, or externally-aided project.
  • Experience in fund utilisation tracking, voucher processing, bank reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements.
  • Familiarity with Government of Kerala financial rules, the Kerala Financial Code (KFC), and audit procedures will be strongly preferred.
  • Experience in maintaining utilisation certificates and audit-ready accounts under donor-funded or court-monitored projects is desirable.

4. Office Assistant (Vacancy: 03)

Qualification:

  • SSLC (Class X) pass or equivalent from a recognised Board. Higher qualification will be an advantage.
  • Basic literacy in computer operations and use of common office equipment (printer, scanner, photocopier).
  • Good communication skills in Malayalam; working knowledge of English.

Desirable: Willingness to travel to temple sites and regional offices as required for PMU fieldwork or system study visits.

Experience:

PMU TDB Recruitment 2026 Key Duties and Responsibilities

System Administrator

  • Manage and maintain all IT systems, servers, workstations, and networking infrastructure at the PMU office.
  • Ensure uninterrupted functioning of cloud connectivity, internet access, and local area network.
  • Provide first-level IT support and helpdesk services to all PMU staff.
  • Maintain IT asset registers and coordinate with vendors for AMC and hardware issues.

Clerk

  • Maintain Maker-Checker compliance for all financial transactions as per SoP-PMU-FM-001.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors and furnish accounts, vouchers, and supporting documents as required.
  • Track advances and recoveries, and maintain subsidiary registers as prescribed under the PMU financial framework.
  • Prepare utilisation certificates and reimbursement claims as applicable.

Office Assistant

  • Carry out general office assistance duties including photocopying, scanning, binding, and dispatch of documents.
  • Handle inward and outward dak, stamp and despatch registers, and internal file movement.
  • Assist in maintenance of office premises, including housekeeping coordination and logistics support.
  • Provide support during meetings, events, site visits, and official functions of the PMU.
  • Assist Clerks and Accountants in day-to-day operational support tasks.
  • Manage petty logistics such as procurement of stationery and consumables.
