- Individual Consultant: QS and Billing Engineer: Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institution or equivalent. Preferred: Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Individual Consultant: Drawing & Design Engineer / S&T: Diploma in Electronics and communication / Electronics / Electrical Engineering from a recognized University / Institution or equivalent. Preferred: Degree in Electronics and communication / Electronics / Electrical Engineering.
