- Validate solution designs/documents for scalability, security, and integration — promoting a "product-first" mindset aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Lead process analysis across banking domains (Payments, Lending) to ensure As-Is/To-Be models and gap analyses are data-driven and implementation-ready.
- Enforce documentation standards to meet audit and regulatory compliance.

₹ 45 Lakhs per annum (CTC Upper Range)
Annual CTC is negotiable and will depend upon experience & current emoluments. Contract period: 5 Years.

SBI SCO Recruitment 2026 - Selection Process
- Shortlisting: Merely fulfilling the minimum qualification and experience does not guarantee a call for interview. The shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters. The Bank's decision to call candidates for interaction shall be final.
- Interview: Interview will carry 100 marks. Qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank. Merit list will be prepared in descending order of scores obtained in interview only.
- Tie-breaking: In case of equal marks at cut-off, candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order.
- Call Letter: Intimation/call letter for interview will be uploaded on the Bank's website or sent by email. No hard copy will be sent.
- Travel Reimbursement: Outstation candidates shortlisted for interview will be reimbursed Air fare (Economy Class) for the shortest route, maximum up to Rs. 15,000/- (both ways) or actual travel cost, whichever is lower. Local conveyance will not be reimbursable.

1. Register Online: Visit https://sbi.bank.in/web/careers/current-openings and click on Advertisement No. CRPD/SCO/2026-27/04. Register yourself on the portal. Keep a valid and active Email ID and mobile number throughout the recruitment process.
2. Fill Application Form: Fill in all details carefully. The application can be saved if unable to complete in one go — a provisional registration number and password will be generated. This saving/editing facility is available only three times. Once submitted, no changes/corrections will be allowed.
3. Upload Documents: Upload all required documents in the prescribed format. All documents (except photo & signature) must be in PDF format, A4 size, max 500 kb. Photo: JPG/JPEG, 20-50 kb, 200×230 pixels. Signature: JPG/JPEG, 10-20 kb, 140×60 pixels (on white paper with black ink pen; signature in CAPITAL LETTERS not accepted).
4. Pay Application Fee: Pay Rs. 750/- (General/EWS/OBC) or Nil (SC/ST/PwBD) online via Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking/UPI. On successful payment, an e-receipt and application form will be generated — print and retain for records. Registration is complete only after successful fee payment.
5. Take Printout: After final submission, take a printout of the system-generated online application form for future reference. All updates will be posted on the Bank's website only — no separate communications will be sent.
