Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: VIIth Standard
- experience: Any permanent employee having aptitude and physically fit for Security Guard and confirm to the norms laid down in the Note-1 below will be trained for a period of 6 months and on successful completion of training will be placed in Gr.-G

- Physical Test for fitness as per norms (Height and Chest)
- Written Test: Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) on OMR Sheet, Total 100 Marks, No negative marking
- Merit based on Written Test marks for physically fit candidates
- Qualifying Marks: General 40%, SC/ST 30%
- Tie-breaker: Date of Appointment, then Date of Birth, then Alphabetical order of name

- Only SECL departmental employees eligible
- Cut-off date for eligibility: 31.12.2025
- Attendance requirement: 240 days surface or 190 days underground in 2025 (pro-rata if less than 1 year)
- ACR for 2025-2026 not poor
- Eligible grades: DR Cat I-VI, DR Exc Grade E, MR T&S Grade G,H
- Management reserves right to modify/cancel notification
- Selected employees' pay protected

- Debarred for 2 years if not join after selection
