Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Candidate should have passed Middle standard examination with Hindi/Sanskrit/Punjabi.
Salary/ Stipend
- Consolidated pay of Rs.16,900/- per month
Age Limit (as on 1 January 2026)
- 18 to 42 years. Relaxation in upper age limit as per rules.
- The benefit of reservation is admissible only to bonafide domiciles/residents of Haryana State, as per letter No.22/67/81-3GS III dated 15.07.1985 of Haryana Government.

- The selection for the aforesaid posts shall be made strictly in accordance with amended Rule 7 of the Haryana Subordinate Courts Establishment (Recruitment & General Conditions of Service) Rules, 1997.
General Information/ Instructions
- An ESM who has not already secured employment in civil service on regular basis in any Department/Board/Corporation/University etc. under the Haryana Government with availing the benefit of reservation and also does not want re-employment, in such case one of his/her family members (son, daughter or spouse) will be entitled to avail the benefit of reservation as per Haryana Government Rules.
- An ESM who himself/herself or his/her family member has already secured employment in civil service on regular basis in any Department/Board/Corporation/University etc. under the Haryana Government with availing the benefit of reservation, he himself/herself and his/her family members (son, daughter or spouse) shall not be entitled to avail the benefit of reservation as per Haryana Government Rules.
- If a disabled ex-serviceman (a person who has been released from military service due to disability attributable or aggravated due to military service) is selected against the post reserved for ex-serviceman will not be counted against the post reserved for PwD.
- The posts may increase or decrease. No intimation in this regard will be issued separately.
- No separate call letter for the interview shall be sent. Candidates are advised to keep themselves updated about official website of this office.
- Reporting time 09.30 A.M. on the date of interview at Judicial Courts Complex, Sirsa.
- The candidates shall bring their original testimonials and any of the identity proof at the time of interview.
- Applicant should mention contact number on application.
- No T.A./D.A. will be given for interview.

- It is to make clear that no bookseller or agent has been authorized to collect applications from the candidates. As such, any parcel received from any such agency containing application forms in bulk would not be entertained.
How to Apply
- The candidate shall submit application on plain paper containing complete bio-data, duly affixed with his/her latest one passport size photograph.
- Self attested photocopies of the educational documents and certificates with regard to proof of age, claim of reservation etc. must be attached with the application.
- Name of the post must be mentioned in the application.
- The candidate should disclose his/her all the educational qualifications.
- Incomplete applications, unsigned applications or applications received without requisite documents shall be rejected straightway without assigning any reason whatsoever.
