Educational Qualification
- Candidate must have passed any examination between 7th to 10th class or its equivalent.
- Candidates having qualification higher than 10th class are not eligible.
- Applicants must mention any work experience such as cooking, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc., as relevant to duties at residences of Judicial Officers.
- Educational qualification must be possessed as on the date of notification (02.02.2026).
Age Limit (as on 01-07-2026)
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Maximum age: 46 years.
Age Relaxation (as per Telangana State & Subordinate Service Rules)
- SC / ST / BC / EWS: 5 years.
- Persons with Disabilities (PWD): 10 years.
- For candidates working on contract or outsourcing basis in specified judicial/legal services – relaxation as per rules, provided they were within age limit at initial appointment and have at least 2 years of service by date of notification.
Reservation
- Reservation applicable for SC, ST, BC, EWS, Persons with Disability (40% and above), and Women, as per Government of Telangana orders.
- Community must be recognized as BC/SC/ST in the State of Telangana as per G.O.Ms references; otherwise, candidate is treated as Open Category.
- 33 1/3% horizontal reservation for Women will be implemented.
- Reservation for EWS will be as per relevant G.O.Ms issued by Government of Telangana.

OMR Based Examination & Viva-Voce
- OMR-based written examination (objective type, multiple choice) – 45 marks.
- Oral interview (Viva-voce) – 5 marks.
- Question paper: General Knowledge, 45 questions, 1 mark each, duration 60 minutes.
- Question paper will be in two languages – English and Telugu.
Minimum Qualifying Marks
- OC & EWS: 45% in OMR examination.
- BC: 40% in OMR examination.
- SC / ST / PH: 35% in OMR examination.
Shortlisting & Weightage
- Candidates qualified in OMR exam will be shortlisted in 1:3 ratio of notified/available vacancies for certificate verification and viva-voce.
- Weightage marks will be given to candidates working on contract/outsourcing basis in notified judicial/legal services based on length of service, subject to minimum 2 years of service and securing minimum qualifying marks.
Merit List
- Merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks secured in OMR examination and viva-voce.
- In case of tie in total marks, elder candidate in age will be preferred.
- If tie persists, candidate with higher marks in prescribed educational qualification will be considered.

- OC & BC candidates: Rs. 600/- (excluding service charges).
- SC / ST / EWS / PWD candidates: Rs. 400/- (excluding service charges).
- Concessional fee of Rs. 400/- for SC/ST is applicable only to communities recognized as SC/ST in Telangana.
- Fee must be paid online only; once paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
