THSTI Recruitment 2025 Age Limit

• Maximum Age limit: 40 Years
• Maximum Age limit for Project Associate: 35 Years
• Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Qualification

• Principal Project Associate: Master’s degree in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognized university with atleast eight (8) years’ of post-qualification experience in R&D in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organisations and Scientific activities and services.
• Senior Project Associate: Master’s degree in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognized university with atleast four (4) years’ of post-qualification experience in microbiology. OR Ph.D. in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognized university.
• Project Associate-II: Master’s degree in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognized university with atleast two (2) years’ of post-qualification experience in R&D in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organisations and Scientific activities and services.
• Project AssociateI: Master’s degree in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognized university.

Monthly Emoluments

• Principal Project Associate: Rs. 49,000/- + HRA
• Senior Project Associate: Rs. 42,000/- plus HRA
• Project Associate-II: Rs. 35,000/- +HRA Scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests – CSIR – UGC NET including lectureship or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Department and their agencies and institutions) Rs. 28,000/- + HRA for others who do not fall under (i) above.
• Project Associate I:Rs. 31,000/- +HRA Scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests – CSIR – UGC NET including lectureship or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Department and their agencies and institutions) ii) Rs. 25,000/- + HRA for others who do not fall under (i) above.
