How to Upload Certificates on the OTR Platform
Candidates who are provisionally allowed for Onscreen Certificate Verification must upload their certificates through TNPSC's One Time Registration (OTR) Platform within the given window. The general process is as follows:
- Visit the official TNPSC website.
- Go to the One Time Registration (OTR) Platform section.
- Log in using your registered OTR credentials.
- Locate the certificate upload option for Forest Watcher OCV.
