Eligibility is calculated as on 1 October 2026. Candidates must hold a graduation degree from a recognised university or institution, with the degree obtained on or after 1 April 2022.

Other Eligibility Conditions
- Applicants must be able to read, write, speak and understand the local language of the State or Union Territory they choose.
- Candidates who have already completed or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training are not eligible under the notification conditions.
- Candidates with one year or more of work experience or training after obtaining the qualifying degree are not eligible under the notification conditions.
