The Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) has announced its Group A S&T Recruitment 2025, offering multiple vacancies across various locations in India. The recruitment includes three Executive Director positions in Kolkata, Mohali, and Thiruvananthapuram, along with several Scientist C (Level 11) positions. These include two openings in Pune, one in Chennai, one in Delhi, two in Hyderabad, and four in Bangalore.

The Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) is recruiting for Group A S&T positions in 2025, offering three Executive Director posts (Level 14) with a pay matrix of ₹1,44,200 - ₹2,18,200 on a regular basis in Kolkata, Mohali, and Thiruvananthapuram through direct recruitment, transfer (absorption), or deputation. Additionally, 10 Scientist C positions (Level 11) with a pay matrix of ₹67,700 - ₹2,08,700 are available on a continuing contract basis in Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Pune through direct recruitment only.

C-DAC Group A S&T Recruitment 2025 Qualification

For the C-DAC Group A S&T Recruitment 2025, all essential qualifications must be obtained through regular courses from UGC-recognized Indian universities, deemed universities, or AICTE-approved programs from autonomous Indian institutions or relevant statutory councils. Courses offered by autonomous institutes should be recognized as equivalent to AIU/UGC/AICTE-approved programs.

If the qualifying degree is awarded in CGPA/OGPA or letter grade format, candidates must indicate the equivalent percentage of marks in their application as per their university’s norms and provide a certification of equivalence at the time of the interview.

C-DAC Group A S&T Recruitment 2025 Age Limit

For the C-DAC Group A S&T Recruitment 2025, the upper age limit is determined as of the last date of application. Age relaxations are applicable as per Government of India norms, including a relaxation of 10 years for PwD candidates. Additionally, government employees are eligible for an age relaxation of up to 5 years. For deputation and transfer (absorption) positions, the age limits are as follows:

For the C-DAC Group A S&T Recruitment 2025, ex-servicemen who have served continuously in the Armed Forces for at least six months are eligible for age relaxation.

They can deduct their period of service from their actual age, and if the resultant age does not exceed the maximum age limit for the post by more than three years, they will be considered within the prescribed age limit.

• The selection process for C-DAC Group A S&T Recruitment 2025 will involve multiple stages, including written tests, multi-level interviews, group discussions, or other assessment methods as deemed appropriate by the management. The process may be modified at any stage at the discretion of the management, whose decision will be final and binding.

• Candidates must meet the minimum qualification and experience criteria; however, fulfilling these does not guarantee selection. An initial screening will be conducted based on academic and other parameters provided in the online application. Only those who meet the screening criteria will proceed to further stages. If the number of applicants is high, the management reserves the right to increase the minimum eligibility criteria or cut-off limits.
