Eligibility Criteria
1. Research Officer
Essential Qualification (Choose any one):
- Graduate degree in medical sciences (MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BDS) from a recognized university/institution, OR
- Masters degree in social sciences (MA Sociology, MA Social Work, MA Psychology, etc.) or health-related science (MSc Medical Microbiology) from a recognized institution
Desirable Qualification:
- 3 years of work experience in HIV/AIDS field or related research
Maximum Age: 35 years
2. Field Investigator
Essential Qualification (Choose any one):
- Master's degree in relevant subject (MA, MSc, etc.) from a recognized university, OR
- Graduate degree (BA/BSc) in relevant subject with 3 years of work experience in the field
Desirable Qualification:
- Masters in social sciences (MA Sociology, MA Social Work, MA Psychology, etc.) or health-related science (MSc Medical Microbiology)
- 1 year of work experience in HIV/AIDS field or related research
Maximum Age: 30 years
3. Data Entry Operator
Essential Qualification:
- Intermediate or 12th pass from a recognized board with a valid CPCT (Computer Proficiency Certificate Test) score card
- Typing speed: Minimum 15,000 key depressions/hour on computer
Desirable Qualification:
- 1 year of work experience in data entry or related field

Selection Process
- Evaluation Based on Application Strength: Applications will be evaluated based on eligibility and required qualifications
- Modality of Examination/Interview:
- If ≤30 candidates per post: Selection will be done on the basis of interview only
- If >30 candidates per post: A written examination comprising 20 multiple-choice questions (20 marks) in 15 minutes will be conducted on the day of interview. Top 10 candidates based on written exam performance will be shortlisted for interview
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will appear for interview before the selection committee
- Document Verification: Original documents will be verified on the date of interview for selected candidates
- Final Selection: Final list of selected candidates will be published on AIIMS Bhopal website

Nature of Employment: Temporary/Contractual basis for 1 month duration (extendable up to 3 months based on project requirements).
Project Details: Candidates will work on a NACO-MPSACS funded research project titled "Study to understand reasons for opted out PLHIV in selected ART Centers of Madhya Pradesh" at the Department of General Medicine, AIIMS Bhopal.
Leave Policy: Leave entitlement shall be governed by AIIMS Bhopal leave policy for extramural/short-term research projects.
