- Degree in Blood Bank Technology
- B.Sc. in Hematology and Transfusion Medicine
- M.Sc. in Transfusion Medicine
- Post Graduate Diploma in Transfusion Technology (PGDTT) approved by Central or State Government
- 02 Years experience in testing of blood and its components and apheresis from a licensed Blood Centre
