APTET June 2026 Notification Out - Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test
APTET June 2026 notification has been officially released by the Department of School Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh on 5 June 2026. The Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET) June 2026 online application window is open from 5 June to 5 July 2026 at the official portal cse.ap.gov.in.
The exam will be conducted as a Computer Based Test (CBT) across all districts of Andhra Pradesh from 5 August to 21 August 2026. Application fee is ₹1,000 per paper. The APTET certificate awarded to qualifying candidates is valid for lifetime as per NCTE guidelines dated 09.06.2021. APTET June 2026 Paper Details - Exam Pattern
APTET June 2026 comprises four papers. All papers have 150 MCQ questions carrying 150 marks each. Session timings are 9:30 AM - 12:00 Noon (Session I) and 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM (Session II).

APTET June 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold D.El.Ed. / B.Ed. / D.Ed. (Special Education) / B.Ed. (Special Education) or be pursuing the final semester of the said courses to appear for APTET June 2026.

APTET June 2026 Selection Process & TRT Weightage
- 20% weightage is given to APTET score in the Teacher Recruitment Test (TRT).
- 80% weightage is given to the TRT written test for final selection list.
- Qualifying APTET alone does not confer a right to recruitment; it is one of the eligibility criteria.
- The APTET certificate is valid for lifetime (NCTE guidelines, 09.06.2021; G.O.Ms.No.69, 25.10.2021).
How to Apply for APTET June 2026?
- Visit the official portal cse.ap.gov.in
- Download and read the Information Bulletin carefully before filling the form.
- Click "APTET-JUNE-2026 Online Application" → "New Register".
- Enter basic details: Name, DOB, Aadhaar number, email ID, mobile number, category, address.
- Upload latest photograph (3.5×3.5 cm on white paper with signature below) as JPEG ≤50 KB.
- Complete registration to receive a Journal Number (fee confirmation only, not application completion).
- Log in with Journal Number, fill educational qualifications, and select paper(s).
- Preview all details → click SUBMIT (or EDIT to correct before submitting).
- Pay ₹1,000/- per paper via Payment Gateway.
- Take a printout of the submitted application for future reference. Do not post it to the APTET office.
