Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor Degree/ Graduation in any subject from recognized University.
- Minimum 05 years of regular service in the grade of ASO.
- Possessing at least 5 (five) "Very Good" consecutive APAR grading for the last 05 years.
Application Fee
- For APST candidates: Rs. 150/-
- For other candidates: Rs. 200/-

Selection Process
The eligible candidate will have to appear in written examination in the following subjects followed by Viva-Voce to be conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission.
How to Apply
- Application Form is available for download in the APPSC website https://appsc.gov.in.
- The duly filled-in application form must be recommended by the Cadre Controlling Authority along with details of the APAR grading of last five consecutive years.
- Only applications nominated by the Cadre Controlling Authority with at-least five 'Very Good' consecutive APAR grading of last 5 (five) years shall be considered.
- The duly filled-in application forms nominated by the Cadre Controlling Authority must also enclose the documents listed herein at (E).
- All such duly nominated applications must be submitted in the office of APPSC on or before 30th October, 2025 (Thursday) by 3:00 pm through Cadre Controlling Authority.
