Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification for Block Technology Manager (BTM): Post graduate in Agriculture/ Allied Sector (i.e Horticulture./ Veterinary & Animal Science/ Fisheries/Sericulture) with Computer skill (at least six months Computer training Certificate)
- Required experience for Block Technology Manager (BTM): Minimum 2 (two) years field experience in agriculture related activities
- Alternative for Block Technology Manager (BTM): Agriculture Graduates with at least 5 (five) years working experience as ATM
- Qualification for Assistant Technology Manager (ATM): Graduate or post Graduate in agriculture & Allied sector (i.e Horticulture/ Veterinary & Animal science/ Fisheries/Sericulture)
- Required experience for Assistant Technology Manager (ATM): Minimum 1 (one) years' experience in agriculture related activities
- Qualification for Computer Programmer (CP): B.Tech/MCA
- Required experience for Computer Programmer (CP): 1 (one) year experience for B.tech and 2 (two) years' experience for MCA
- Qualification for Accountant cum Clerk (AC): Graduate, Preferably 'B-Com'
- Required experience for Accountant cum Clerk (AC): 3 (Three) years' experience of Accounting in a reputed organization
Salary / Stipend
- Block Technology Manager (BTM): Rs. 30000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) only per month
- Assistant Technology Manager (ATM): Rs. 25000/- (Rupees twenty-five thousand) only per month
- Computer Programmer (CP): Rs. 25000/- (Rupees twenty-five thousand) only per month
- Accountant cum Clerk (AC): Rs. 30000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) only per month
Age Limit (as on 01-01-2026)
- Below 45 years
- For alternative qualification of BTM (Agriculture Graduates with 5 years experience as ATM), upper age limit of 45 years will not be applicable

Selection Process
- All the eligible candidates will be called for interview for final selection.
- Call letter for interview will be sent through e-Mail of the concern candidate.
- Merit list will be prepared by the considering percentage of marks obtained in academic qualification & marks obtained in Interview.
- Final selection will be made by considering 70 percentile for Academic qualification and 30 percentile for Interview.
- In case of Computer Programmer, B.Tech./MCA will get same weightage.
- Computer test may be conducted for the post wherever applicable.
General Information / Instructions
- All candidates will essentially proficiency in Bengali (reading and writing) and should be Indian citizen.
- Selected Candidates will be engaged purely on contractual basis for a period of 6(six) months subject to periodic evaluation of performance by the authority concerned and co-terminus with project period.
- The successful candidate shall not at any point of time, claim to be made permanent.
- The monthly consolidated remuneration to the candidates will be paid from the fund under "Support to State Extension Programme for Extension Reforms under Sub-mission on Agriculture Extension (SMAE) of KRISHONNATI YOJANA released by the Department of Agriculture & Co-operation, Government of India from time to time.
- The engagement will be terminated with the discontinuation of ATMA in the state of West Bengal.
- Successful candidates engaged for the post as specified above shall be considered as a full time worker of ATMA.
- Successful candidates will not be allowed to work under other organization.
- Authority has right to terminate the engagement at any point of time, if the information is found to be incorrect/false in future.
