Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering (4-year course) from a recognized University/Institution in disciplines like Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Computer Science, Information Technology etc. (Pass Class for General, OBC, EWS, SC/ST/PwBD).
- Essential Qualification: Degree from AICTE/UGC approved college/Institute or recognized University.
- Desirable Qualification: Experience in IP Networking, Helpdesk Management.
- Experience: 2 years post qualification relevant industrial experience as on 01 February 2026. Experience in IT Infrastructure Projects, IP Networking, Data Centre Projects, CCTV Projects, Sensors based IOT Projects preferred. (Teaching/Academic/Research work and internships not considered).
Salary/ Stipend
- Project Engineer-I: All-inclusive consolidated remuneration of ₹40,000/- per month for the 1st year.
- Increment of ₹5,000/- per year for every extension of contract (up to maximum 4 years tenure).
- Consolidated amount of ₹12,000/- per year towards insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance etc.
- Area Allowance: 10% of the consolidated remuneration (for postings outside Unit/Regional Office locations).
- Retention Bonus: ₹25,000/- per completed year (payable at the end of 4 years tenure, total ₹1,00,000/-).
Age Limit (as on 01 February 2026)
- Upper age limit: 32 years for General & EWS Category.
- Relaxation: 3 years for OBC (NCL), 5 years for SC/ST, 10 years for PwBD (minimum 40% disability) candidates.

Selection Process
- Pre-Registered Walk-in Selection at project locations in Kerala.
- Mandatory online registration via Microsoft Office Form (18 Feb to 09 Mar 2026).
- Written Test: 85 marks for eligible candidates.
- Interview: 15 marks (for candidates qualifying written test in 1:5 ratio).
- Final selection based on merit; shortlisted names published on BEL website.

- Shortlisting based on information declared in application form.
