Eligibility Criteria
For GDMO (General Duty Medical Officer)
- Educational Qualification: MBBS from a recognized University
- Internship: Must have completed one year rotating internship
- Registration: Must possess valid Registration Certificate issued by any State Medical Council or Medical Council of India
For Specialist (Anesthesia, ENT, General Medicine, Ophthalmology)
- Educational Qualification: MBBS from a recognized University
- Postgraduate Degree/Diploma: PG Degree or Diploma in the respective specialty field recognized by MCI/NMC
- Registration: Must possess valid Registration Certificate issued by any State Medical Council or Medical Council of India
- Preference: Candidates with relevant experience in the specialty will be preferred

Salary and Remuneration
Note: Detailed remuneration will be as per CLW norms and Indian Railways guidelines for Contract Medical Practitioners.
- Monthly remuneration based on qualifications (GDMO vs Specialist) and experience
- If Government accommodation provided, HRA and license fee equivalent will be deducted from monthly remuneration
- Subject to renewal and performance review each year

- Age Proof (Birth Certificate or Class X Certificate) (original + attested copy)
- Experience Certificates (if applicable) (original + attested copy)
- Caste Certificate (if claiming reservation) (original + attested copy)
- Identity Proof (Aadhar/PAN/Passport/Driving License)
- Address Proof
- Passport-size Photographs: 2 duly attested (one to be pasted on application form)
- For Retired Doctors: Superannuation/VR letter and PPO details
Selection Process
- Document verification at the time of walk-in
- Viva-voce/Interview starting from 11:30 AM
- Assessment of qualifications, experience, and communication skills
- Final selection based on merit and suitability
- Offer letter to selected candidates
Important Information
- Walk-in interview only; no applications will be accepted by post or email
- Candidates must bring all original documents and attested copies for verification
- Medical fitness test will be conducted as per CLW norms
- Decision of the selection committee is final and binding
- CLW reserves the right to cancel or modify recruitment at any stage
- In case non-availability of Specialists, positions will be filled by GDMO
- CMP can be posted at any CLW health facility (Hospital, Dispensary, Health Unit) as per requirement
- Contract renewal depends on performance and organizational requirement
- No TA/DA will be provided for interview appearance
- Each term of engagement shall not exceed 1 year
