• Assistant Marine Services Officer (AMSO): Should have served as a Petty Officer (Executive Branch) in the Indian Navy or equivalent, with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience, or should possess the qualification of NWKO (NCV) with a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience. Should have passed Higher Secondary (12th Standard) or equivalent. Should possess good spoken and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Malayalam. Preference shall be given to candidates having relevant experience in the port sector.
• Deputy Marine Services Officer (DMSO): Should have served as a Petty Officer (Executive Branch) in the Indian Navy or equivalent, with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience, or should possess the qualification of NWKO (NCV) with a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience. Should have passed Higher Secondary (12th Standard) or equivalent. Should possess good spoken and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Malayalam. Should have a minimum of five years of experience as Assistant Marine Foreman/ Assistant Marine Services Officer/ Marine Supervisor/ or in any other similar post. Preference shall be given to candidates having relevant experience in the port sector.
• Marine Services Officer (MSO): Should have served as a Petty Officer (Executive Branch) in the Indian Navy or equivalent, with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience, or should possess the qualification of NWKO (NCV) with a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience. Should have passed Higher Secondary (12th Standard) or equivalent. Should possess good spoken and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Malayalam. Should have either a minimum of ten years of experience as Assistant Marine Foreman/ Assistant Marine Services Officer/ Marine Supervisor, or in any other similar post; or a minimum of three years of experience as Deputy Marine Foreman/ Deputy Marine Services Officer/ or in any other similar post.
