Eligibility Criteria

• Project Associate I: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology (Material Science, Polymer Science, or equivalent) / M.Sc. in Food Science & Technology /B.Tech in Food Science & Technology /B.Tech in Chemical engineering or M.Sc (Chemistry) or equivalent.Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Project Associate II:  M.Sc (Chemistry) or equivalent OR Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 2 years experience in research and development in industrial and academic institution or science and technology organisations and scientific activities and services.

Salary

• Project Associate I: 31,000/- plus HRA to Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests (CSIR-UGC NET, GATE etc.) Rs. 25,000/- plus HRA to Others
• Project Associate II: 35,000/- plus HRA to Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests (CSIR-UGC NET, GATE etc.) Rs. 28,000/- plus HRA to Others

 Age Limit

• Maximum Age limit: 35 Years

• Eligible candidates may submit online application only at https://patcell.cftri.res.in along with necessary attachments of the certificates in support of date of birth, caste, qualification/experience etc. on or before 19th October 2025 under the appropriate subject panels.
• No other mode of application will be accepted.
• Please make sure to choose appropriate subject panel based on your specialization in the Essential qualification required for position(s) being applied.
• The onus of selecting subject panel will be on the candidate only.
