Selection is based on a maximum of 100 points, distributed as follows:

If applications after scrutiny exceed 10, a Written Test/Skill Test is conducted, and the merit list combines educational, training, and written/skill test marks. Jharkhand's local residency and reservation policies apply, with preference given to Jharkhand state residents. The final merit list will be published at the Civil Surgeon's office and on the Godda district website (https://godda.nic.in), in two parts: Part-A (selected candidates) and Part-B (a one-year-valid waiting list).
