Eligibility Criteria
- Senior Executive Assistant: Post Graduate in any field with min. 60/o from a recogrrized University/ Institute with minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Govt office (State/ Central) - English,/ Hindi/ Marathi preferrable
- Junior Executive Assistant: Graduate in any field with min. 600/o fuom a recognized University/ Institute with minimum of 8 years of experience in Govt offrce (State/ Ceutral) - English/ Hindi/ Marathi preferrable/

Selection Process
- Shortlisting: Candidates shortlisted on the basis of essential and desirable qualifications shall be issued a formal hall ticket, and the test will be conducted at an appropriate venue, either at the Directorate General of Shipping or another designated location
- Written Test: The shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for an offline written examination at the designated location as mentioned in the hall ticket thus issued, consisting of 50 objective/subjective questions, designed to assess their proficiency in Quantitative Aptitude, English and Hindi Language, Logical Reasoning, and General Knowledge
- Computer Proficiency Test: On the same day as the written examination, candidates will be required to undergo a Computer Proficiency Test. This test will primarily evaluate the candidate’s efficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite and typing skills.
- Interview: Candidates who qualify the written test and computer proficiency test will be notified and invited to appear for a personal interview
How to Apply
- Candidates must submit their applications in the prescribed format within 21 days from the date of publication of window advertisement in Newspaper.
- The application should be sent via email along with necessary documents to the contact email mentioned in the advertisement.
