Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications:
- Graduate for OIC
- MBBS for Medical Officer
- BDS for Dental Officer
- GNM Diploma/Class 1 Course (Armed Forces) for Nursing Assistant
- B.Sc (Medical Lab Tech) Or Matriculation/10+2 (Sc) & Diploma in Medical Lab Tech for Lab Technician
- Diploma Holder in Dental Hyg/ Class 1 DH/ DORA Course (Armed Forces) for Dental A/T/H
- B.Pharmacy Or 10+2 (Sc) with Approved Diploma in Pharmacy for Pharmacist
- Graduate/Class 1 Clerical Trade (Armed Forces) for DEO/Clerk
- Class 8 passed, Class-I MT driver (Armed Forces) Posses of Civil Driving License for Driver
- Class 8 passed or GD Trade from Armed Forces for Chowkidar
- Desirable: Preferable addl qualifications in Medicine/ Surgery for MO
- Experience: Minimum 05 years for most posts, Minimum 03 years for Lab Technician and Pharmacist
Salary/Stipend
- Officer-In-Charge (OIC): Rs 95,000/-
- Medical Officer (MO): Rs 95,000/-

- Nursing Assistant: Rs 36,500/-
- Lab Technician: Rs 36,500/-

General Information/Instructions

- Any application received after 09 Feb 2026 will not be accepted
- Candidates must bring all the original certificates/ mark sheets/ degree of 10th/ Matric, 10+2 & Graduate/ Post Graduation/ diploma/ course, work experience & discharge book, PPO, service record & 01 PP size colour photographs at the time of interview
- No TA/DA is admissible
- Only candidates meeting the Qualitative Requirement may apply
- Overlapping of Handing/ Taking Period & Submission of Annual Property Return (Declaration of Assets). 10 days of handing/ taking over between the key appointment (OIC, MO, DO, Lab Tech, Dental A/T/H, Pharmacist, Nursing Asst & DEO/Clerk) at Polyclinic will be carried out
- The APR in respect of OIC, Medical Offr, Dental Offr with regards to immovable & movable property will be deposited with Stn HQ, Leimakhong before tenanting the appt
- This will be applicable for both initial appt & extension of tenure
- The appt/ extension letter will be issued only after submission of the said document
- The selected individuals will have to undergo 10 days On the Job Training (OJT) and obtain a certificate from OIC Polyclinic before signing the contract
- The OIC Polyclinic will obtain certificate from OIC, ECHS Cell Stn HQ Leimakhong
- This duration of OJT will remain unpaid and counted as mandatory before assuming charge as a contractual employee
How to Apply
- Application as per requisite format alongwith self attested photocopies of testimonials in support of Educational Qualifications & Work Experience will be submitted to OIC, Stn HQ (ECHS Cell), Leimakhong by 09 Feb 2026 in duplicate
- Interview Date, Timing & Venue. Location, Date & Time will be intimated to the eligible candidates later
