Selection Process
Selection will be made purely on the basis of Interview.
- Shortlisting will be done on the basis of academic credentials, experience and documents submitted.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview before the Selection Board.
- Tentative Interview Date: Third week of April 2026.
- Exact date, time and list of shortlisted candidates will be published on the official website https://esic.gov.in/recruitments or sent directly by email.
- Final result will be displayed on the Recruitment section of the ESIC website.
- Offer of Appointment will be sent through Email only.
- Selected candidates must join as per the instructions given in the offer letter.

Steps to Apply:
- Download and fill the prescribed Application Format (given in the notification) in BLOCK LETTERS using black/blue ball pen.
- Affix a recent passport size photograph (self-attested).
- Attach self-attested photocopies of all required documents (listed below).
- Prepare Demand Draft (if applicable – Rs. 500/- for General/OBC/EWS candidates).
- Send the complete application so that it reaches the office on or before 09-04-2026.
Required Documents (self-attested copies):
- Class-X mark sheet / certificate (for Date of Birth)
- All MBBS mark sheets, attempt certificates & degree
- All MD/MS/DNB mark sheets, attempt certificates & degree
- Valid EWS / OBC (NCL) / SC / ST / PwD certificate (if applicable)
- Recent passport size photograph
- Updated State / NMC Medical Registration Certificate
- Proof of Publications
- Experience certificates
- ICMR / NMC Bio-medical research / Medical Education Workshop certificates (if any)
- Relieving / NOC from current employer (if applicable)
- Aadhaar Card & PAN Card
- Demand Draft (if applicable)
Note: Candidates working in Govt./Autonomous bodies should preferably submit NOC or copy of application for NOC at the time of interview.
General Instructions
- Application must be submitted in the prescribed format only. Any other format or incomplete application will be rejected.
- Candidates can apply for multiple posts (separate application for each post).
- No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
- Mere submission of application does not guarantee eligibility for interview.
- Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
- The vacancies are contractual for 1 year (extendable up to 3 years subject to satisfactory performance).
