Eligibility Criteria

Chief Manager - Boiler Operation

• Full time B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Chemical) with First Class from recognized Institute/University. Candidate must have passed Boiler Operation Engineer Certificate.
• Around 20 Years of Post-Qualification Experience in Boiler Operation & Maintenance of large industrial organization.

Chief Manager - Maintenance

• Full time B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical) with First Class from recognized Institute/University.
• Around 20 Years of Post-Qualification Experience in Plant Maintenance of large industrial organization.

Engineer - Instrumentation (On Contract)

• Full time B.E. / B.Tech (Instrumentation & Control) with First Class from a reputed and recognized Institute/University.
• Minimum 4 years of Post Qualification experience in instrumentation department in process industries with focus on plant data integration, sensor checks, operations of DCS / APC etc.

Engineer - IT (On Contract)

• Full time B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science / Information Technology) with First Class from a reputed and recognized Institute/University.
• Minimum 4 years of Post Qualification experience in managing IT Infrastructure, IT databases etc.

Data Scientist (On Contract)

• Full time B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science / Information Technology) with First Class from a reputed and recognized Institute/University.
• Minimum 4 years of Post Qualification experience in machine learning based analytics, implementation of digital initiatives, analytics model development etc.

Chief Manager - Training Centre

• full-time MBA(HR) / MHRM /MSW / MLW other equivalent qualification from reputed Institute/University.
• Around 20 Years of Post-Qualification Experience in training & development of large industrial organization.

Chief Manager - Administration

• full-time MBA(HR) / MHRM /MSW / MLW other equivalent qualification from reputed Institute/University.
• Around 20 Years of Post-Qualification Experience in Administration Department of large industrial organization.

Chief Manager - Electrical

• B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical) with First Class from recognized Institute/University.
• Around 20 Years of Post-Qualification Experience in Electrical Maintenance of large industrial organization.

 Age Limit

• Maximum Age limit for Chief Manager: Around 45 Years
• Maximum Age limit for Data Scientist and Engineer: Around 28 Years
• Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the operation of all boiler units to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient steam generation in line with production requirements and statutory norms.

• Monitor boiler performance parameters (pressure, temperature, efficiency, fuel consumption, heat rate) and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency and reduce energy losses.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of boilers and auxiliaries to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

• Ensure strict compliance with boiler safety regulations, factory acts, pollution control norms, and other statutory requirements, including inspections, certifications, and audits.

• Manage fuel procurement, handling, storage, and consumption efficiently; evaluate alternative fuels and implement cost-effective fuel utilization strategies.

• Lead, mentor, and train boiler operation and maintenance staff; ensure proper shift management, competency development, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Identify root-cause analysis of boiler failures, trips, or abnormal operations; implement corrective and preventive measures to avoid recurrence.

Remuneration

Chief Manager:

•  The selected candidate will be taken on Company’s Regular Grade GREO-04 and the existing CTC of Grade GREO-04 is Approx. Rs. 26.16 Lacs per annum. The CTC revision is due in July – 2026.

Engineer:

• During 1st Year of Contract CTC will be 8.50 LPA (Approx.) and During 2nd Year of Contract CTC will be 9.00 LPA (Approx.). Regular Absorption upon successful completion of Contract Period. The current CTC of Regular Grade GREO-08 is Approx. Rs. 17.15 Lacs per annum. The CTC revision is due in July – 2026.

Data Scientist:

• During 1st Year of Contract CTC will be 8.50 LPA (Approx.) and During 2nd Year of Contract CTC will be 9.00 LPA (Approx.). Regular Absorption upon successful completion of Contract Period. The current CTC of Regular Grade GREO-08 is Approx. Rs. 17.15 Lacs per annum. The CTC revision is due in July – 2026.
