Important Instructions
- Check the merit list on the official site. Use hpbose.org, as the board publishes the merit list there with topper names, marks, ranks and percentages. The top-ranked student is Anmol from Kangra, who scored 699 out of 700, or 99.86%. The overall pass percentage was 83.87%.
- Ranks are shared, so ties are normal. Abhinav Mehta, Roohani Damini and Purnima Sharma jointly took second rank at 99.71%. Sources list the names and schools slightly differently, so confirm details against the board’s own list.
- Treat the online marksheet as provisional. Students can view provisional mark sheets with their roll number on hpbose.org. You can also get the marksheet through DigiLocker or the UMANG app, but keep the original for admissions.
- The re-evaluation window is closed. One source puts the re-evaluation and re-checking application window at May 10 to 25, 2026. Don’t rely on that, because I didn’t see an official HPBOSE notice for it. Improvement exams count towards later merit. One source says a second opportunity examination was set for June 2026 for students wishing to improve their scores, and its results are considered for the final merit list and Class 11 admission. If you’re considering this for a future cycle, check the board’s current notices first.
