- Consultant (Information Technology): MSc/BTech/BE/MCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Science with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Consultant (Scientific / Technical - Non-Medical): M.Sc / B.Tech / BE / MCA / MPH / B.Pharm / BAMS / BSMS / MD in AYUSH or equivalent qualifications in Public Health/ Health Service with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience. OR Retired Government employees with requisite qualification and at least 10 years' experience.
- Young Professional-II (Administration): Post graduate in any discipline with minimum 55% marks from a recognized University / College with a minimum one year of post qualification experience in Administration.
- Young Professional-II (Legal): Law graduate from a University / Institution recognized by UGC, enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council of State, and 2 years' experience in dealing with Civil / Service / Labor Arbitration cases and exposure to drafting of Agreement / MoUs / Deeds etc. after enrolment.
- Young Professional-II (Finance & Accounts): M.Com / MBA (With minimum 55% marks) from a recognized University/College or CA (Inter) / ICWA (Inter) / CS (Inter) with minimum one year of post qualification experience in relevant field / subject.
- Young Professional-II (Information Technology): Post graduate in Computer Application/ Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Artificial Intelligence / Operating Systems/ Software Engineering /Computer graphics from a recognized University / College with a minimum one year of post qualification experience in IT/ Computer Science/ Computer Application.
